Artemisia 'Powis Castle' is probably the best silver foliage plant you can get. It forms a dense low shrub of finely divide aromatic silver leaves, eventually reaching about 2 feet tall and 3 feet wide.
This good sized plant requires well drained soil and sun to flourish.
