Artemisia ludoviciana 'Silver Queen' (Louisiana Sage) is a handsome silver foliage plant. The woolly stems and white foliage make a superb foil for the flowers of other plants, as well as a striking feature in their own right. The flowers are very small, numerous and brown and bloom in autumn. The height is around 60 to 120 cm.
This plant will grow well in any well drained garden soil. It is moderately drought resistant and will spread slowly by underground runners.
