Aster 'Jenny' (Michaelmas Daisy)

Aster novi-belgii is the traditional Michaelmas daisy. Jenny has abundant semi-double beetroot red flowers from late summer through the autumn. It is a dwarf form approximately 30 cm high.
Michaelmas daisies will grow in sun or light shade. They thrive in well drained soil that does not dry out too much in hot summers, and prefer a sheltered sunny spot.
