Geranium phaeum 'Samobor' has dark brown to black rings on the leaves, making it a striking foliage plant. The flowers are the same as the species geranium phaeum, and are beautiful, velvety and very dark red (almost black). They bloom in spring and early summer. Over time the clump expands to include several crowns. The flowers stalks are approximately 60 cm high.
Geranium phaeum plants will grow in any garden soil in sun or shade.
