Geranium wallichianum 'Buxton's Variety' (Hardy Geranium)

Geranium 'Buxton's Variety' is a beautiful plant seldom offered for sale. The superb white-centred blue flowers are carried on the scrambling or spreading stalks up to 60 cm long. The flowers tend to be more china blue earlier in the year and more lavender coloured later on in the long flowering season, which lasts through the mid and late summer . The deeply toothed leaves are slightly mottled.
Geranium wallichianum 'Buxton's Variety' plants will grow in any reasonable garden soil in sun or light shade. They are happiest in humus rich well drained soil in a sheltered spot in sun or light shade.
