Heuchera americana is a superb groundcover plant. The attractively formed delicate green leaves gradually spread to carpet the ground in shade or sun. In early summer the delicate 60 cm flower stems carry the interesting small brown flowers.
This plant will grow in any garden soil in sun or shade. It spreads to form a solid groundcover, and will flourish in dry partial shade.
