Iris 'Rajah' (Tall bearded Iris)

Iris 'Rajah' (Bearded Iris) has dark velvet burgundy-red and yellow coloured flowers with a fruity, spicy scent. They are out in May and June, and the height is about 75cm.

This plant, which is supplied as a well grown open ground specimen, prefers full sun and good drainage.

The new season's bare root bearded irises are available from Wednesday 13th August 2008. Now is the best time to plant these irises, so they will become established over the Autumn and Winter, and hence to make sure they will flower next year.
