Lamium galeobdolon 'Variegatum'

Lamium galeobdolon 'Variegatum' (Yellow Rattle) is excellent tough ground cover for dry shade. The variegated evergreen foliage will flourish where few other plants will grow (for example under large trees). In Spring there is a good show of yellow 'dead nettle' flowers, before the leaves are fully out on deciduous trees. The height is 12-18 inches.
This plant will grow in any reasonable garden soil in sun or shade. It flourishes in quite dry conditions.
