Rodgersia pinnata 'Superba' is a striking plant with large horse chestnut-like leaves up to about 1 foot across, and a pale pink flower spike reaching 4 or 5 feet tall in summer.
This plant will grow in any reasonable moist and well drained garden soil in a sunny or partially shaded position.
