Use Gift Vouchers

This gift voucher scheme is entirely set up by, and is only for purchasing plants from, Boxtrees Nursery.

• You can use the gift voucher to buy plants from our website. The vouchers do not expire. They remain valid until you use them.
• Each gift voucher can only be used to purchase plants up to the value of the voucher only (ie you can only use a 10 gift voucher to purchase up to 10 worth of plants).
• Each gift voucher has a unique code, which is known only to the person who sent you the voucher (the purchaser), you (the recipient), and to Boxtrees Nursery.
• To use the voucher:-
  • Select the 'Wheelbarrow' link near the top right of any page on the website.
  • Then select the 'Use Gift Voucher' link at the bottom of the centre of the 'Wheelbarrow' page.
  • Then enter the six digit Voucher Code from the Gift Voucher email you received in the box, and press the 'Submit' button.
  The value of your Gift Voucher will then be displayed on the 'Wheelbarrow' page as a purchase with a cost of minus the value of the voucher.
• You can change your plant selection via the 'Wheelbarrow' page.
• When you have finished selecting plants, please select the 'Checkout' link at the foot of the 'Wheelbarrow' page. You will then be asked to enter your name and address.
• You should receive an automatic email confirming your plant selections after completing the checkout process.
• If you wish to do so, you are welcome to purchase plants to a greater value than that of the gift voucher, and pay the difference in price yourself.
• If you would prefer to select your plants in another way (ie not through the website). Please send a list of what plants you would like, together with your gift voucher code and your name and address to email or telephone 01359 250507.
