Delivery
Delivery Charge:- The delivery charge to anywhere in the UK is £4.25 for any quantity of plants.
Delivery Time:- Orders are usually dispatched within two or three working days of payment. UK deliveries are usually sent by overnight courier or by first class post.
Notification of Dispatch:- We will let you know by email when and by which service (i.e. courier or Royal Mail) your plants have been sent. For courier parcels we will send you the parcel tracking number.
Plants not arrived yet:- If your plants do not arrive when expected and you have been notified they have been sent, then the tracking information emailed should help with courier parcels. The commonest reason why Royal Mail parcels do not arrive when expected is that they are being held at the local delivery post office, so it is probably worth contacting your local post office in the first instance.
Gifts:- If you would like the plants delivered to somebody else, for example as a gift, then we usually send the plants with a note saying they are from you.
European Deliveries:- Deliveries to Europe (outside the UK) are by airmail or by overland courier, which are both usually a 2-5 day service. The delivery charge to Europe is £15 for any quantity of plants. If you are purchasing any plants, please change the delivery country in the 'wheelbarrow', if necessary.
Special Delivery Instructions:- If it is possible that nobody will be in to sign for your parcel, you may like to let us have your instructions for the driver (e.g. leave in shed or with neighbour). They will then leave your plants, rather than taking them back to their depot. You can leave your delivery instructions, or any other comments, in the 'Remarks' sections on the first and second pages of the checkout section.
